Privacy Policy for Hermes Listings

What this application is

Hermes Listings is a personal tool. It helps the operator create and manage eBay listings on the operator’s own United States eBay seller account using eBay’s official Sell APIs. It is not a multi-user product, marketplace, or third-party selling service.

What data is used

• eBay application credentials and OAuth tokens for the operator’s seller account, stored only on the operator’s own computers.
• Listing drafts the operator supplies (title, description, photos, price, category, quantity).

This application does not collect, store, sell, or share personal data of other eBay users (buyers or other sellers). It does not persist eBay user data for third parties.

Where this page is hosted

This document is published at https://listings.domotico.ai/legal/hermes-listings-privacy so eBay’s developer portal has a public HTTPS privacy-policy URL. Hosting it here does not mean expense-report data is used by Hermes Listings, and it does not mean eBay listing data is stored on this server.

Sharing

Listing content is sent to eBay when the operator publishes a listing, under eBay’s own terms. Tokens and drafts are not sold or shared with unrelated third parties.

Retention

OAuth tokens remain until the operator revokes them in eBay or deletes them locally. Listing records on eBay follow eBay’s retention rules. This policy page contains no user database.

Requests

Because this is a single-operator personal app, there is no end-user account besides the operator.
